  • YOUR JEWELRY
    All pieces are handmade in Sterling Silver. Silver undergoes a natural chemical process called oxidation which can darken the piece. That happens with more or less intensity depending on the proximity to the ocean, air pollution, the skin’s PH or how you store your jewelry. It is not related to the quality of the material. Keep away from perfume, cream, soap, talcum, heat, steam, chlorine, detergent, sweat or any chemical product. It causes damage to the silver and specially the gold plating. The natural stones and pearls are fragile materials that can break with impact. Clean your jewelry with a clean dry cloth and store in the original packaging away from other jewelry to avoid scratching.
  • HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BOMBÉ JEWELRY?
    14K GOLD - STERLING SILVER The main component of our jewelry pieces is 14k-vermeil gold. Avoid wearing while showering, swimming, or exercising. Exposure to humidity, perfumes, and oils may expedite tarnishing. Gently wipe clean with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a cool, dry place. FRESHWATER PEARLS We only use natural pearls in our designs, resulting in beautiful variation between each of our pieces. Allow fragrances and cosmetics to dry completely before wearing your pearl pieces, as their luster may be dulled by exposure to soap, chemicals, or lotions. Gently clean with a soft, damp cloth to remove any residues. Store separately from other jewelry to prevent surface scratches and avoid storing in plastic which will cause pearls to yellow over time. OPALS Opals are soft and porous, and oils from skin, makeup, and perfume can darken or yellow their color. To maintain their luster, store your opals in a soft pouch, preferably in a dark space, and avoid prolonged contact with lotions and perfumes. If you notice the color of your opals darkening, wash them with unscented soap and water and let them dry naturally. Do not expedite drying by placing in the sun or using a hairdryer, as sudden temperature changes may cause natural opals to crack. SEMIPRECIOUS & PRECIOUS STONES Hard, semiprecious stones like amethyst, aquamarine, blue topaz, quartz, and sapphire can be gently cleaned with warm soapy water and a toothbrush and dried with a soft cloth. For soft, porous semiprecious stones such as pearls, opals, emeralds, amber, coral, onyx, and agate, avoid cleaning with water to prevent discoloration. Minimize contact with lotions, oils, or perfumes and avoid ultrasonic cleaners and steam cleaning for all semi-precious stones, as these methods may cause damage and dull the stones.
  • WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
    We ship to most countries and all of our items are Free Shipping. Our processing/dispatch time is 1-3 business days and we ship via Thailand Postal Service (to most destination). Shipping may vary upon different Regions but normally takes approx. 10-25 days at max (Standard Free Shipping). See further detail on shipping timeframe via our Shipping & Delivery guide. Please note that both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options are via Air Mail.
  • TAXES AND DUTIES
    The prices of products are expressed in US Dollar excluding customs duties. For orders outside of Thailand. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much custom duties you may eventually pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. Bombé Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
  • HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?
    ALL of our orders are registered and will be provided with tracking number upon dispatch. Current status of each order can be referred to via our shipping partner, Thailand Postal Service (Thai Government owned logistic) + your local logistic carrier (once arrived in your destination country).   • IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?
    Our payment transaction is partnered with Stripe. Via Stripe, all payment information provided are kept confidential given Stripe operates on a Secure Payment System (SPS) - a specialized infrastructure that ensures the safe processing and transmission of financial transactions, particularly in digital spaces, and is key for mitigating risks such as fraud and unauthorized access.   • HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    For any cancelation request, send the email directly to sales@bombejewelry.com with your request within 24 hours. Please remember, once the orders are processed, they can not be cancelled.
  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    We really hope you love your Bombé Jewelry purchase. However, if you do wish to return an item you can do this by getting in touch at sales@bombejewelry.com 14 days of receiving your goods. They then must be received back within 28 days of purchase, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Bombé Jewelry does not cover the cost of returns postage. Thank you for your understanding.
